In partnership with Ashmira Botanica, Harriet Emily designs luxury spa treatments which combine natural, holistic skincare with the wisdom of ancient spirituality to create transformative experiences for guests within hotels and spas. With over a decade of expertise working within the health and wellness industry, Harriet brings her abundance of knowledge and innovative ideas to the world of spa treatment design.

The Sonic Energy Immersion Spa Treatment is a treatment which Harriet created with Ashmira Botanica. It combines sound healing with a full body Chinese clay massage, stimulating meridians and releasing stagnant energy for deep relaxation and energetic balance. Some spas which the treatment has launched in include Lucknam Park - Wiltshire, The Ritz-Carlton - Bahrain, and Spa Experience - Old Street, London.

Harrods

As the resident sound healing and meditation practitioner at Harrods, Harriet has created bespoke wellness experiences for corporate bookings, brand activations and product launches, public events, and workplace wellness videos for Harrods employees. She has lead sound bath meditation, mindfulness activities and tarot reading as part of her services in-store. Some brands she created wellness experiences for at Harrods include: Dior, Elemis, La Double J, Chanel and Belmond.

Numo Ierapetra, Crete

As a visiting practitioner at Numo Ierapetra, Curio Collection by Hilton, Harriet visited the hotel over 5 days to offer a bespoke wellness experience for the hotel staff and guests. Working with the hotel, she created an immersive programme of sound baths and meditation activities during her stay. She was also bookable for private 1-1 and group bookings. As part of her offering, Harriet created a content package of video reels and photographs for the hotel to use and promoted her stay across her social media platforms.
