Berry & Watermelon Smoothie
serves 2-4
Ingredients
800g watermelon, roughly chopped
100g blueberries
100g blackberries
100g raspberries
125ml soya milk – I used Alpro
2 cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled
2 tsp acai berry powder
Method
Add the watermelon, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, soya milk, ginger and acai berry powder into a blender – I used my Froothie Optimum 2.1 Blender, and blend until smooth. Then, pour into glasses and serve.
