mince pie oatmeal

Hi Everyone! Today I am excited to be sharing another festive dish for the holiday season with you. This recipe of mine is a personal favourite, and is such a flavourful, comforting oatmeal recipe which you can definitely enjoy at any time of year – but especially around the holidays. It’s also perfect to make if you’ve been making mince pies at home and have some left over mincemeat to spare.

I teamed up with East End Foods to develop this warming recipe, and used their ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg to really fill this oatmeal with flavour.

I will also be sharing a recipe tutorial video for this, so stay tuned!

Enjoy.
